I'm a Customer Experience, Customer Success, and Operations leader with 6+ years of experience leading teams in Health-Tech and E-commerce. I’ve coached ICs into management, and managers into more senior leadership positions. I leverage my years of management experience and an intuitive approach to meet people where they are at, see their immense capacity for growth, and coach them to their goals. I am eager to learn from my clients and flexible in my work style to meet each individual’s needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, spending time on home improvement projects, and relaxing with my partner and our two pugs. We split our time between California and Maine, and take any chance we get to travel.
